We will help you personally with the enrolment at the University of Münster. In our latest semester programme you will find where and when the enrolment will take place.

We will also help you with your municipal registration. We will provide you with the necessary forms and help you with filling them out. Nevertheless, you will have to go to the “Amt für Ausländerangelegenheiten” (Bureau of Foreign Affairs of the City of Münster). The municipal registration has to be done in person.

At the enrolment you can also purchase our Erasmus-Card. Do not forget to bring a small photo.

You should bring the following documents to both enrolment and municipal registration:

• Your valid passport
• A passport photo
• Proof of a financial guarantee
• Your health insurance certificate
• Current study matriculation certificate or
• current certificate proving you are attending a language course
• Performance records
