Hey, ich biete ein Zimmer in einer 3er-WG zur Zwischenmiete vom 1. September 2012 bis 28. Februar 2013 an. 17m² für 300 Euro. Möbel sind drin, Waschmaschine und Internet vorhanden.

Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich bin Aline, 22 Jahre alt und studiere momentan Politikwissenschaften in Frankreich. Ab dem WiSe 2012 werde ich in Münster weiter studieren und suche dafür eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/In. Ich spreche Französisch, Englisch, Spanisch und Ewe(Minah->Togo) werde nächstes Semester arabisch beginnen und freu mich wenn du mir noch etwas bei bringen kannst. Ich werde die Wohnung (2er Wg) einer Freundin ab August 2012 für ein Jahr übernehmen. Es handelt sich um eine schöne möbelierte Wohnung, mit gemeinsamer Wohnküche. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon. Ein Waschmaschine steht zu Mitbenutzung zu Verfügung und Internet ebenfalls. Alles inbegriffen kostet die Miete 320,-. Hey there,
I’m offering an 28m² apartment from August/September 2012 until February 2013 (please notice that the time is negotiable).
The apartment is fully furnished (bed, TV, desk, cupboards, table, etc.) has a kitchenette and an own large bathroom.
It lays directly at a small river, hence it is really quite and romantic. From the large balcony you’ll have a wonderful look over the water.

The rent amounts 330€ all inclusive (also internet).
It’s no problem to use my bike as well.

I am looking for a female student who takes over my room (12 m²) in a dorm in August. The dorm is quite close to the city centre (10 min by bike to centre and central station) and close to Aasee. A good bus connection is available. Kitchen and bathrooms are on the same floor.
My room is completely furnished (shelf, dresser, chair, desk, closet, sleeping sofa). The monthly rent is 198€, Caution 398€, for the furniture you should pay me 200€.
