Hier könnt ihr ERASMUS-Studenten und Studierenden aus anderen Austauschprogrammen eure Wohnungsangebote unterbreiten. Gebt möglichst viele Details an, und verwendet am besten keine typischen Kürzel, die schwer verständlich sind (Wama, Bawa, etc.) Am wichtigsten sind natürlich eure Kontaktdaten, die ihr in euren Text einbringen müsst, damit sich die Studierenden an euch wenden können. Außerem wäre es gut, wenn ihr eure Angebote wieder löschen könntet, wenn das Zimmer/die Wohnung vergeben ist, dann kriegt ihr weniger Anrufe und die ERASMUS-Studenten verzweifeln nicht.

It is 60 m² large, has a wonderful kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and large freezer, stove, oven), a beautiful living room with a big flat panel TV, a dining section and a small office section. Furthermore, it has a large bedroom with a king-sized bed and a nice bathroom. There is also a washing machine.
It is located in the city’s center (next to Aegidiimarkt) and everything is within walking distance. It is not possible to live any closer to the law faculty and you won’t even need a bike.

as I am spending 10-11 month in Mexico we are searching for a flat mate in shared appartment in Münster. There won´t be too many communication problems, because apart from German in our flat English, French, Spanish and Arabic are spoken. We love to cook together and you could be the one to enjoy Finn´s cooking abilities in our shared dining room. We also share a big light kitchen with everything you could need (washing machine, fridge, oven, …), a bathroom and the entry area with enough space for jackets and a lot of shoes.
Buses come every ten minutes, but with a bicycle you are very flexible as well (there are no hills in Münster).

zum 1.2. wird mein Zimmer im Thomas Morus Kolleg, einem Wohnheim in Gievenbeck, frei. Es ist etwa 8 m² groß und kostet 129 € warm pro Monat. Küche und Bad sind auf dem Flur, außerdem Zeitungsraum, Fernsehraum, Sportraum, Garten,… Man lernt also schnell andere Leute kennen, (fast) jeder kennt jeden, und es herrscht ein sehr internationales Flair im Wohnheim. Allerdings: Es handelt sich um ein Wohnheim nur für Männer. Ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig gelegen, mit Einkaufszentrum und Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe.

Kitchen and bathroom are in the hall, such as a newspaper room, TV room, sports room and a garden. That’s why you meet people quite easily, people know each other, and there’s a really international flair. Yet: The dorm is only for boys… What is more, the dorm is situated in a quiet environment, with a shopping center and a bus stop close to it.

Ich suche eine Zwischenmiete für mein schönes Zimmer in unserer 2erWG. Ich werde von Mitte Februar 2012 bis Mitte April 2012 für ein Praktikum im Ausland sein. Der Zeitraum für die Zwischenmiete ist etwas flexibel.
Das Zimmer ist groß und komplett eingerichtet. In der WG ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Der REWE, SuperBioMarkt, Denns, DM usw ist alles direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben auch einen kleinen Garten, der im Frühling wieder schön blühen wird.

my roommate is going to move out of our flat in february/march 2012 so I’m searching for a new roommate during the summer semester 2012.
Our flat is a two people flat in Aaseestadt. There a three different busses driving to the central station in about 10 min. The busstation is just in front of the house and is called “WL-Bank, IHK”.
It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to go by bike to important places in town like Schloß, Domplatz, Altstadt, Hauptbahnhof.
The room is huge (21qm) but there are actually no furnitures in the room. I could help you to find some and ask friends and family!
The prize for the room is about 330 Euro all inclusive (internet, gas, electric, telefone…).
Fortunately you would rent the room from 15th February to 31th September 2012 but its possible for a shorter duration as well.

Ich bin 25 Jahre alt, habe auch schon mal ein Semester im Ausland verbracht (Türkei in 2008) und freue mich auf Studenten aus anderen Kulturen!

as I’m going to Zürich next spring term, I’m subleasing my room from the 15th of February till the end of June (maybe a bit longer). It’s a completely furnished, bright room about 16/17m² with a little balcony :) You’ll share the flat with two other students.
The flat is PERFECT for students studying at Leonardo-Campus because it’s just 5 minutes away!
The room will cost 224,41€ (without internet & telephone. You’ll probably pay about 10 € per months extra, so the whole rent will be about 235€.)

I will go to Lisbon next summer term (from 01/02 until 31/08/2012). Therefore I am offering my furnished 16m2 room for 310€ all in per month in a shared appartement for this time. There are a big bed, two wardrobes, an armchair and a desk in it.
My (and could be your)flat mates are Lea (22, studying politics and sociology) and Bianca (22, studying arabistics and economics), both very open-minded, sociable and creative girls. They also speak English, Spanish and French. We love to get together also with friends to cook together, drink a beer or for to make music.
The flat is very central, just 5 minutes to walk to the train station, 10 minutes to the city center and 2 minutes to the next supermarket. In the flat you have a bathroom, a seperate toilet, a corridor with a couch, a kitchen and a balcony. We have got a washing machine, a dishwasher, Internet and everything else you need except for a TV.

Ich heiße Jesus und ich bin 20 Jahre alt. Ich bin ein Austauschstudent in Münster (ich komme aus Spanien) und ich suche ein WG Zimmer zu Zwischmenmiete (250 bis 320 Euro). Ich habe bereits in einer WG gelebt. Ich studiere Deutsch und English um Dolmetscher zu werden. Ich werde 10 Monate in Münster bleiben und suche daher ab sofort in einer schönen netten WG mit freundlichen, aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohnern ein Zimmer.
Ich reise sehr gerne und finde es toll, neue Leute kennenzulernen. Ich gehe gerne aus, aber auch ruhige Abende zu Hause, bei einer Runde Kartenspielen, zum Beispiel, gefallen mir sehr gut. Ich höre gerne Musik und gehe auch auf Konzerte von Bands wie Radiohead, Coldplay, Die Ärzte, U2 oder Los Aslandticos, zum Beispiel.
Ich freue mich darauf, die deutsche Kultur kennenzulernen und euch ein wenig von der spanischen zu zeigen, wenn ihr wollt :)
